Bistro On Union Street Participates in 2019 CT Farm-to-Chef Week

 

The Bistro on Union Street will be participating in the CT Farm-to-Chef week from September 16-20, 2019! The restaurant will be offering a week of menu options with Connecticut grown ingredients. Regular lunch and dinner menus will also be served. Don’t miss out on trying these local dishes from Chef Sean Hawkins.

Local sources: Spring Valley Student Farm, Mountain Dairy, Four Mile River Farm, Arethusa Farm, Longhini Sausage Company, & Blue Hills Orchard.

We take points Monday – Friday beginning at 1:00pm

Points Accepted from 1:00pm through 8:00pm, Monday – Friday. Also use your points for take-out orders.
