The Bistro on Union Street is our French-inspired restaurant serving lunch and dinner Monday through Friday. Our talented chefs have created a menu featuring our spin on modern French cuisine.  Our recipes and daily specials feature local bounty, when available, from Connecticut and the region, all prepared by UConn’s award-winning chefs. UConn’s Spring Valley Student Farm supplies us with a variety of fresh seasonal produce. Not to be missed are our cinnamon sugar beignets! To make a reservation please call 860-486-5633.
