The Bistro On Union Street offers an exciting menu featuring a wide array of delicious appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees. Stop by for lunch or dinner and try our ever changing, chef-created specials featuring fresh and locally grown produce including UConn’s own Spring Valley Student Farm. We also offer a large selection of gluten-friendly menu items.
