The Bistro on Union Street is our new French inspired restaurant, replacing Chuck & Augie’s. Our talented chefs have created a new menu featuring our spin on modern French cuisine, sure to elicit many “ooh la la’s!”  The menu will include a variety of French inspired hor’s d’oeuvres, soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees and, of course, desserts. Moules (Mussels) will debut on the menu, consisting of wild Chatham mussels in white wine, Dijon cream and herbs. Soupe a’ l’ oignon Francaise gratinee, seafood crepes, a Bistro Burger and pasta and chicken dishes are just a few of the tasty offerings awaiting you at the Bistro on Union Street.
