PLEASE NOTE: do not use this form to request changes to your meal plan. Click here to upgrade or downgrade your plan. If you have an issue while in the dining hall, we ask that you speak with a manager or ask a staff member to speak with a manager so that we may address any issues or questions you have as soon as possible.

ALLERGY QUESTIONS/CONCERNS: If you are an incoming or current student looking to start the process of talking with Dining about your allergy/dietary needs please first review our process.   • Housing Cancelled or Changed - If your housing was cancelled or your housing location changed from a dorm to an on-campus apartment and you do not want a meal plan, you DO NOT need to contact us. Once your housing assignment is cancelled your meal plan is automatically cancelled and it will take 5-7 business days for this change to take place on your fee bill.
