If you have an issue while in the dining hall, we ask that you speak with a manager or ask a staff member to speak with a manager so that we may address any issues or questions you have as soon as possible.

  • Housing Cancelled or Changed - If your housing was cancelled or your housing location changed from a dorm to an on-campus apartment and you do not want a meal plan, you DO NOT need to contact us. Once your housing assignment is cancelled your meal plan is automatically cancelled and it will take 5-7 business days for this change to take place on your fee bill.
