This form is for students at the Avery Point campus looking to purchase a meal plan for use at Mort’s Cafe.

These meal plans are sold per semester and any unused points at the end of the semester do not roll over and cannot refunded.

Your meal plan will be reflected on your fee bill within 5-7 business days.
