Spring Valley Student Farm provides fresh seasonal produce to Dining Services’ plant-based café, CrossRoads, in the Wilbur Cross building, along with the many dining halls on campus. We also host a farm fresh market on campus during the harvest season.

Purchase seasonal Spring Valley produce directly from the student farmers and Dining staff! This is also a great time to chat with the farmers and learn more about some interesting varieties we grow, our farming practices, and what we love about Spring Valley Student Farm.

Located on Fairfield Way in front of Homer Babbidge Library. In case of rain, we will be located in the Student Union near the food court.
The Market offers fresh produce from our own Spring Valley Student Farm and other local farms, baked goods from our Not Just Desserts Bakery, local honey, and many other local products each week.
