This form is for students in on-campus dorms/suites on the Storrs campus wishing to upgrade or downgrade their residential meal plans.
Meal plan changes will be reflected on your ID card within 24 hours, or on the next business day if submitted on a weekend or holiday. Your updated meal plan charge will be reflected on your semester fee bill within 5-7 business days.
WHAT PLAN DO YOU HAVE? You will need to know your current meal plan to complete this form. If you are unsure which meal plan you have, please check your fee bill or call our office at 860-486-3128.
LEAVING DORM/SUITE HOUSING - If you are leaving dorm/suite housing, you do not need to fill out this form. Your meal plan will be automatically canceled within 5-7 business days. If you do not see the change reflected on your semester fee bill after 5-7 business days, please call our office at 860-486-3128.
CANCEL VOLUNTARY RESIDENTIAL MEAL PLAN - If you purchase a Voluntary Residential Meal Plan and use it, it becomes non-refundable. If you haven't used it, please contact our office at 860-486-3128 for assistance with this request.
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT - The deadline to submit this form is by the Friday of the 3rd week of the semester. Deadline information is made available to students via the Dining calendar, our social media accounts (@uconndining), TVs in the dining halls, Daily Digest, & our channel on the myUConn app.
