Questions and Comments

If you have a question or concern while in a dining hall or at a retail location, we ask that you speak with a manager on-site while you are there so that they can address any issues or questions you have as soon as possible.

  • ALLERGY QUESTIONS/CONCERNS: Start here.
  • Need to Change your Residential Meal Plan - Please use our online form to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
  • Stamford Dining Plan - UConn Dining Services does not manage the Stamford plan. To contact the coordinator of the Stamford Local Eatery Meal Plan with questions or concerns regarding purchasing or restaurant participation, please email stamfordmealplan@uconn.edu.
  • Leaving Dorm/Suite Housing - If you are leaving dorm/suite housing, you do not need to contact us. Your meal plan will be automatically canceled within 5-7 business days. If you do not see the change reflected on your semester fee bill after 5-7 business days, please call our office at 860-486-3128.
