Lilly received her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Connecticut in 2019 and later received her M.S. in Health Promotion at the University of Connecticut in 2021. She has an interest in helping others with food-related allergies and sensitivities and strives to encourage people to consume a diverse range of foods as all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle.

Our menu items provide ingredient statements that specifically highlight the big 10 allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, wheat, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame), as noted on menu items in the dining halls and our online menus.
