What better way to celebrate a special occasion than with a UConn Dairy Bar ice cream cake! Your choice of 2 flavors of our delicious ice cream is hand packed into cake forms and layered with Oreo fudge, then covered in a vanilla whipped frosting. Our cake designers enjoy a challenge and we can decorate your cake to coordinate with the colors or theme of your party or occasion.

Choose any two flavors from our menu, create your own message, and choose from one of our standard festive designs in the color combination of your choice.

Allergy and Gluten Free Options
We are happy to take precautions against cross contamination* for our customers with allergies or dietary restrictions. We also offer the following gluten free filling option for our cakes: GF chocolate chip cookies mixed with fudge filling. Due to the added labor and cost involved in producing allergy and GF cakes there is a $5 upcharge for this service. *Although we take every precaution on premises to avoid cross contamination, the buttercream frosting we use to decorate the cakes is produced in another facility and may contain traces of nuts and/or peanuts.
In a hurry? Need a cake quick?
We work hard to keep our retail cooler stocked with plenty of ice cream cakes and specialty ice cream pies for your last minute shopping. We try to have a supply of 8” round cakes made with chocolate & vanilla ice cream and a middle layer of Oreo fudge on hand at all times. We also have 6” mini cakes in an assortment of flavors decorated and ready to go. If a decorator is here, we can write a message on the cake for you at no extra charge. Always call ahead to check on availability, sometimes our cakes go faster than we can make them! |
