Recipe Contest Judging
Chefs work on their personal recipes in a nearby kitchen (not accessible to the public).
Each chef will then present their dish to a panel of judges in the main dining room and discuss.

Stop by, meet our bakers, and sample some new bakery items for the upcoming semester.
“Boiling Point” Competition
Each team has 75 minutes to create 3 tapas plates at a table with two hotplates and their mystery basket of ingredients.
They also have access to a pantry with additional ingredients and spices.
Get up close and watch the teams as they strategize and develop their dishes.
Each team must present and discuss their dishes with the panel of judges.
There will be an award presentation immediately following Boiling Point.
