The Mansfield Downtown Partnership invited residents and visitors to celebrate the start of winter at the Fifth Annual Winter Welcome on Saturday, December 2  in Storrs Center. Eric Janssen, Assistant Manager at Whitney Dining, sculpted two children’s winter favorites: Hermie and his pal, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
