Quick & Easy Cooking Demonstrations

We hope you enjoy viewing the following cooking demonstrations presented by chefs from UConn’s Department of Dining Services Division of Student Affairs. Hosted by Robert Landolphi, Culinary Operations Manager for the Department of Dining Services, our chefs show you how easy and enjoyable it is to prepare a delicious and nutritious meal for yourself...these meals are quick, easy and tasty!

Also, check the dining services website throughout the semester for on-site cooking demos coming to a dining unit near you, as Rob and other chefs prepare even more great meals for you to try. Videos of those presentations will be posted on this site as they become available.
